One-on-one Coaching:
SteadyHand one-on-one sessions will help you find the answers within, learn to live more intentionally, and achieve professional and personal satisfaction. I will help you increase your self-awareness, learn your preferences, and make values-based decisions that allow you to:
Confidently navigate professional uncertainty
More intentionally communicate with those around you
Consistently align your actions to your values
Typical Coaching Program Flow:
We will work together to tailor coaching to your needs, but a typical 3-month program consists of several key elements.
Introductory call: we’ll start with a free 30 to 45-minute call so that you can tell me your story, your expectations of coaching, and any goals that you have in mind. Then I will describe my coaching philosophy and what it will like for us to work together. And it will be work!
Values Definition and Alignment: I will walk you through an exercise to clarify your values, identify the stories that drive you, and measure the current alignment of your values to your goals, actions, and intentions.
Self-Awareness assessment: we’ll work through at least one self-awareness tool to help you better understand your thought processes:
iPEC’s Energy Leadership Index (measures how you see the world and how you choose the energy you bring to different situations)
CliftonStrengths (measures innate talents and helps develop a strategy for best tapping into those strengths),
MBTI Step II (measures your preferences for how you get things done and helps develop a plan for when you are forced to work out of preference)
Goal-setting
Strategic or tactical - the things you want to achieve or skills you want to develop
Identifying blocks and developing a plan for breaking down those blocks
Group Coaching:
SteadyHand group or team sessions will help you improve group dynamics, efficiency, and professional satisfaction. I will help your work unit function as a team, with a shared vision and increased knowledge of each other’s values. Teams that share a vision and communicate effectively will:
Build trust, the foundation of any relationship
Allow greater inclusion of ideas through better understanding of individual values and triggers
Effectively identify strengths and areas of opportunity for better team building
